Love is an endless mystery for it has nothing else to explain itself.

Money is numbers and numbers never end so if money is what makes you happy, than your search will never reach an end. Work, your love for your work, your respect towards the firm that you work for, your firm’s willingness to grow as a family, the efforts made by the firm to pacify the anonymous feeling between an employee and employer, realising that every work done by a firm achieves a desired outcome only because of the co-ordination of every single one working in that firm! These feelings are indication of love, love; and not power allows one to rule over others. Even if power allows one to rule, it is just till the disappearance of illusionary fear that it produces!

It utilizes every opportunity that it gets, to provide its employee not only a shed at the time when its employees comes seeking for an advice, but also commemorates every single flash of a moment with its employees.
With a list of birthdays in the month of February, it also hosted a special celebration for which February is renowned all over the world. Valentines celebration at IBI had many aww-stricking moments on faces of each of its employees from which some are depicted in the images. With that I would like to enlighten the reader that the limitations he/she finds while seeing the pictures were not at all shared during the moment they were taken! With games and gifts, with proposes and “first time meets”, with, I do not know what to say and explicitly stating love; IBI did not spare even its directors when it came to expressing love and asking,” Will you be my Valentine?”
This unique feature differentiates between IBI and other firms. More than feeling cool about it, it makes me wonder how it facilitates one that works for it! Idiosyncratic, Active, Snug, Engendering, not just a place of work, but a place where many people breathe-in, their most crucial hours for five days a week, just because of this facilitation which they get in return.
