1.Market Research Analysts (Voice process)

- The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Conduct surveys with Consumers and B2B professionals over the phone.
- Conduct Secondary research (internet research through websites, articles, white paper etc.) on companies, new technologies, services and other pressing issues in the market/ country.
- Should be cmfortable with rotational Shift.
2.Transcription Analysts (Non voice process)

- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and listening skills.
- Should have good typing speed.
- Previous experience as Transcription Analyst would be added advantage.
